Filipino people love to eat. Some of us, like me, loves to "mag-imbento ng recipe" just to try different food. I love cooking. I love discovering new recipe's and try to cook it for myself. After I realized that it was not good, haha! I will try it the next time. How did I know that it was not good? I tried to ask my family and other relatives if it tastes good. But actually, I already know the answer. Haha! I just wanted to know their opinions and maybe their suggestions. So, I made my first cooking blog to tell the people around the world that we, Filipinos, love to try new recipes and loves to cook.
Okay, let me share with you guys how to cook this delicious PinoyCrispy Asado within 40 mins. Haha! So easy.
First, make sure that you boil the pork approximately 15 to 20 minutes. This way will make your pork become crispy and juicy when it is cooked with tomato sauce.
Second, after you boil the pork, fry it deeply and wait to become brownish. This means that the pork is ready to saute'.
Third, saute' the fried pork with onions, garlic, and your tomato sauce.
You can now serve it and enjoy eating!
