Choco Palitaw with a Twist

I remember my college days when my Instructor in HELE told us that we are going to make our own recipe and she choose the best one. I and my groupmates made a lumpia roll that is made of Tinapa - a well-known smoked fish here in the Philippines. Actually, it tasted good. But unfortunately, we didn't win in the competition that has the best recipe in the class. At least we tried! Haha. Luckily, my friend Rm was assigned to the group were they picked Choco Palitaw with a twist as their entry. After they prepare it, we hurriedly acknowledge them and tasted their work. Well, it is delicious!

Well, let me tell you all the ingredients and stuff on how to do it.

The ingredients are the following:

Desiccated Coconut
Chocolate Condensed
Chocolate (flat tops)
Glutinous Rice Flour
Water

Procedure

First, mix the glutinous rice flour and water. Make sure that you will form a dough that is not too wet or hard.

Second, form the dough into a circle and place the flat tops inside it.

Third, after you form a circle, place the finished product in a separate container.

Fourth, boil the dough until it pops up.

The fifth procedure is to put the desiccated coconut in the container and roll the cooked dough.

and lastly, pour the chocolate condensed on top of the dough and you can now serve it.

Actually, you can sell it. That's it! :)
